EVENT POLICIES AND SERVICE TERMS
Effective Date: 05/22/2026
These Event Policies and Service Terms apply to guests and ticket holders attending any PASSIVE INCOME PILOTS LLC ticketed events.
1. Event Registration
Registration is deemed complete only upon receipt of full payment and confirmation by PASSIVE INCOME PILOTS LLC. PASSIVE INCOME PILOTS LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or revoke any registration at its discretion for violations of these Terms, disruptive conduct, safety concerns, or other reasonable business purposes.
2. No Refund Policy
All ticket purchases and registration fees are final. No refunds, credits, cancellations, or exchanges shall be provided for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, illness, weather conditions, inability to attend, or dissatisfaction with the Event. Attendees assume all risks associated with their inability to attend after purchasing a ticket.
If the Event is rescheduled, tickets shall automatically apply to the rescheduled date unless otherwise determined by PASSIVE INCOME PILOTS LLC. If the Event is canceled and not rescheduled, PASSIVE INCOME PILOTS LLC may determine, in its sole discretion, whether to provide a refund, credit, or other accommodation, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
3. Spouse and Marital Partner Registrations
Any ticket package, add-on, or promotional registration designated specifically for a "Spouse" or "Marital Partner" is strictly non-transferable, unless authorized by PASSIVE INCOME PILOTS LLC and transferred as a pair of tickets to two individuals in a legal marital partnership. This specific registration category is valid solely for the legal spouse or marital partner of the primary ticket holder. Under no circumstances may a spouse registration be utilized by, transferred to, or exchanged for a business partner, associate, colleague, friend, or any other individual who is not the legal spouse of the primary attendee.
PASSIVE INCOME PILOTS LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to require valid verification of marital status (such as a marriage certificate or matching legal identification) prior to or during the Event. PASSIVE INCOME PILOTS LLC reserves the absolute right to cancel, void, or deny entry to any secondary attendee found to be in violation of this policy, without any liability, refund, or obligation to the primary or secondary ticket holder.
4. Ticket Transfers
Attendees may transfer their tickets to another individual; however, all transfer arrangements, negotiations, and consideration exchanged for the transfer shall be the sole responsibility of the transferring and receiving parties. PASSIVE INCOME PILOTS LLC shall have no responsibility or liability for facilitating, monitoring, guaranteeing, or enforcing any ticket transfer transaction.
To complete a ticket transfer, the original ticket holder must notify PASSIVE INCOME PILOTS LLC in writing at support@passiveincomepilots.com and provide the full legal name, email address, and any other requested information for the substitute attendee.
The transfer shall not be effective until PASSIVE INCOME PILOTS LLC has updated its participant records. PASSIVE INCOME PILOTS LLC reserves the right to deny any transfer that is not properly documented or that would violate applicable law, venue requirements, capacity limitations, or Event policies.
5. Conduct and Removal
Attendees shall conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and lawful manner. PASSIVE INCOME PILOTS LLC reserves the right to remove any attendee from the Event without refund for disruptive behavior, harassment, threats, intoxication, unlawful activity, or conduct that interferes with the safety, enjoyment, or operation of the Event.
6. Assumption of Risk
Attendance at the Event is voluntary. Attendees assume all risks associated with travel to and from the Event, participation in Event activities, and interactions with other attendees. PASSIVE INCOME PILOTS LLC shall not be liable for personal injury, property damage, theft, loss, or other claims arising from attendance except to the extent prohibited by law.
7. Photography and Recordings
The Event may be photographed, recorded, livestreamed, or otherwise documented. By attending, each attendee grants PASSIVE INCOME PILOTS LLC the irrevocable right to use the attendee's name, likeness, image, voice, and appearance in photographs, videos, recordings, promotional materials, social media content, and other media without compensation or further approval.
8. Educational Purposes Only
The Event is intended solely for educational, informational, and networking purposes. Nothing presented, discussed, or distributed at the Event constitutes legal, tax, accounting, investment, securities, or other professional advice. Attendees should consult their own professional advisors regarding their individual circumstances.
9. No Offer of Securities
Attendance at the Event does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Any securities offering discussed by PASSIVE INCOME PILOTS LLC or its affiliates shall be made only through appropriate offering documents and in compliance with applicable securities laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PASSIVE INCOME PILOTS LLC, its affiliates, managers, members, officers, employees, sponsors, speakers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the Event, attendance at the Event, or these Terms.
11. Modifications
PASSIVE INCOME PILOTS LLC reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, speakers, venue, agenda, policies, or these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Event constitutes acceptance of any such modifications.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
